After working in the food industry for about 12 years, Baked Visalia was founded in 2016 by Kayleigh Carmona. What started in her home kitchen, soon led Baked to be a regular vendor at the Visalia farmer’s market to now owning and operating a small brick and mortar. 

Passionate. Curious. Different. Local. Community.

Baked Visalia strives to bring the community of Visalia (and surrounding towns) delicious scratch-made treats containing only the highest quality ingredients available. We purchase local ingredients whenever possible.

We love supporting and collaborating with other local businesses. Having been born and raised in Visalia, Kayleigh strongly commits to making everyone in the community feel welcome when they walk through our doors.
